We believe that providing guidance to coaches in the area will have the greatest impact on raising the level of play in our union and beyond. The NLRA is an excellent resource in our region and we believe the services they provide are valued by our members. We hope to continue this relationship in the future.
PURPOSE: To share player-centered coaching techniques with new and experienced coaches.
Topics of discussion: building a positive team culture, asking open questions, planning practice sessions

Morning classroom session, lunch provided, afternoon session on field coach evaluations with local college team volunteers acting as test subject

*If you are a L200 certified coach this can count towards continuing education credits*

PRICE: $10 for any ARU member / $25 for any non-union member
