The 2016 Annual Clinic we will see holding three separate locations this Saturday, January 30th. Remember, this is a mandatory session for all teams (Club, College, High School & Age Grade) that utilize the services of the EPRRS.  The Clinic will provide instruction for the year as well as assistance for each Club's officers in their dealings with the EPRRS.  The Clinic should take no more than two hours depending on questions from the crowd.

We have hinted in the past few years that the Referee Payment Structure may change.  This is happening for the Spring of 2016.  It is critical that all teams attend to understand the changes.  One part of the Payment Changes is that there will be no fee for the Clinic itself.  Teams not in attendance are subject to fines and will certainly find themselves toward the bottom of the assignment priority in 2016.

Every club seeking to utilize the services of the EPRRS in the 2016 calendar year MUST send a representative.

As in the past, we will have locations in both the East and West parts of the territory for all levels of Clubs.  The third location is being run in conjunction with the EPRU Small College Meeting at Franklin and Marshall.  Information for that third session will not be included here as it is a closed audience.

The Western location for the clinic will be the West Shore Elks Lodge in Camp Hill, PA. The West clinic will begin at 10:30 a.m. The address for the Lodge is as follows:

108 N St John's Church Road

Camp Hill PA 17011

The Eastern location of the clinic will be the LPAC Cinema at Swarthmore College.  The East clinic will begin at 11:00 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to enter the North Entrance of campus which can be easily located using the following address:

12 Whittier Place

Swarthmore, PA 19081

For individuals located in Philadelphia, Swarthmore College is located directly off the Swarthmore stop on the Media/Elwyn SEPTA line. If taking the train, you can walk up the hill, past the main building (Parrish Hall) on the top of the hill, then further past a few more buildings until you see a large, grassy area.

You will use the Science Center as your landmark from the parking area.  The Science Center is a large building that wraps around the north end of campus and is very visible, with a very large window on one section. Leave the parking lot and get onto the path next to the Science Center. When you are on the path, the Science Center and Library will be on your right side and you will walk past the Science Center, the Martin Biology Building and the next building will be LPAC. It will say LPAC on the outside and you can enter in the front with the large glass doors. The LPAC Cinema will be located on the first floor.
