This is your chance to represent Pennsylvania at this year's USA Rugby Regional Cup Tournament in Albany, NY. More players will represent RugbyPA at more levels than ever before. The RCT is an opportunity to play a high level of rugby with the best players in your state against the rest of the Northeast. The All State Program is the next step of RugbyPA's Player Development Pathway and route to the USA Rugby HS All American's. This years RCT will take place in Albany, NY on June 18th and 19th.
