Flag rugby is a fantastic introduction into the sport of rugby without contact tackling. It teaches the basic rules of rugby with an emphasis on values and fair play. RugbyPA is excited to support the growing number of flag rugby players in Pennsylvania!

Rugby PA does not operate a state wide flag league, leaving it individual clubs to organize games and scrimmages. However, we are encouraging all teams to register their flag players with Rugby Xplorer.

This allows us to provide all players and clubs the insurance coverage through USA Rugby. This can be used to provide clubs a COI for field reservations, as well as secondary injury insurance. You can also use Rugby Xplorer to quickly and easily take your club fees at the same time.

The cost of registration is $10 per player which goes directly to USA Rugby. Rugby PA does not take a fee for registering players for Flag.
