The Atlantis boys U-16 had 6 returning players from last years team that lost in the finals to BC. 5 Boys from RugbyPA pictured above.
We tournament included an opening game loss to Eagle Impact Rugby Academy, a blow out win and a forfeit. Going into the quarterfinals Atlantis were matched up against a strong Rhino Rugby Academy 1 side. A late Mike Weir chip and chase over the pressuring defense with no sweeper, saw him collect with a perfect bounce at pace to score under the posts for a 14-7 win. Atlantis would now play the Eagle Impact Rugby Academy in the semi final. Atlantis got their revenge with a comfortable 24-10 victory. A final against Rhino Rugby Academy saw a 17-10 win for Atlantis U16 Boys!
