3. Click on the package that you wish to purchase for your team. Remember that Boys can still play in either the Elite or Open Divisions, regardless of the package that they choose. The Girls teams can purchase either the Premier or Open package, even though there is only the 1 Girls Division.

4. Click on and complete the relevant fields to complete the purchase.
