2026 Spring Player Registration

For those players who registered in the Fall with the annual option, there is no need to re-register for the 2026 Spring Season.

2026 Spring Season Player Fees: 

  • High School (15s): $155
  • High School (7s): $75
  • U16 Spring: $90
  • U14 Spring: $50
  • U12 Spring: $50

Players have to pay the USA Rugby registration fees ($41) once a year, which is not built into these costs above. Any player who participated in the 2025 Fall Season will not need to pay the $41 USA Rugby fee. 

Player Age Verification
Additionally Age Verification was introduced by USA Rugby in 2024, so all players who have not already done so will need to complete this step. Players will only need to verify their age once, if you did so last season you will not need to do so again.

Note: Profile set up and registration should be completed by a player's parents or guardian, not a team administrator. Rugby Xplorer will limit the number of people a single individual can register.

To sign up for the Spring Season every player will need to:
 

  1. Set up A Rugby Xplorer Profile (if you don't already have one)
  2. Register on Rugby Xplorer for the Spring 2026 Season
  3. Complete the Age Verification (if you haven't already done so)

1. How To Set Up A Rugby Xplorer Member Profile (if you don't already have one)
 

  1. Click this link to the: Rugby Xplorer Registration
  2. Click Create a New Rugby Xplorer Account
  3. Fill in your details, making sure to select the Rugby National as USA Rugby
  4. Follow the link in the confirmation email and set up a strong password

2. How To Register on Rugby Xplorer for Spring 2025 Season
 

  1. Login to your Rugby Xplorer Account
  2. Select Register in the left hand menu
  3. Click on Find A Club (Not Team)
  4. Select the person you are planning to register (you may have children as linked accounts)
  5. Search for your club by name or location
  6. Select Player as your role and choose which registration type you would like to register. Your club may have multiple registration types available that you qualify for. Check with your coach if you are unsure.
  7. View the personal information of the person you are registering (you can edit this information later, this step ensures this is the correct person)
  8. Follow the on screen prompts, enter additional information and agree to the terms and conditions.
  9. Enter your Payment information to complete your registration

If you have multiple roles, eg. coach and referee and player, return to the first step and repeat the process with the new role. All personal information will be retained and dues will convert so you will only pay the difference that is required for your new role.

3. How To Complete Age Verification
 

  1. Once you have registered for the year in Rugby Xplorer, you will receive an email confirmation from RX. At the same time, you will also receive an email from info@yhsverifcation.rugby
  2. Click the link in the email - it is unique to each player so you do not need to create a new username or password
  3. “Choose file” and upload an official form of government ID (Birth Certificate, Passport, Driver's License)
  4. Once your ID has been reviewed
    • You will receive an email confirmation if successful
    • If the review is unsuccessful, an email will be sent to you outlining the reasons why the submission was unsuccessful and a new link to upload the document/s again.
